Folks were very friendly and definitely go the extra mile to sell a car. Only complaints it was a 4 hr process, the finance guy gave me the salesman pitch I am going to do what I can because you a veteran speech and sold a 1200 gap plan you could get cheaper thru your own insurance. But the biggest complaint was they put that STUPID “f/k” sticker which stands for frank Kent on the back of my 60,000 without asking. What the heck!!???

Went in to find out some information on pricing and rebates on Dodge Ram trucks. This was the third dealership I had visited. The first two dealerships did not leave a good taste in my mouth, either pushy or just ludicrously incompetent on the rebates that were available. I was greeted by Alex who was a very open friendly person from the start (even though he is a Eagles fan don't hold that against him). I took my 2016 Jeep Patriot in because it had been missing while driving. Michelle in service has taken care of my husband and I vehicles. She told me that my jeep had a recall on the Cadillac converter and she thought that could be causing the problem. My husband also wanted her team to do a tune up , oil change, tire rotation.
