I read through the many negative reviews about Frank Kent CJDR and I noticed that they were older reviews, possibly when the dealership was owned by Auto Nation or Allen Samuels. Hsving been disappointed by other RAM dealerships in the DFW metroplex, I decided to give Frank Kent CJDR a try. My experience with the service department was excellent. Gary made time to explain the issues with my 2017 Ram 3500 crew cab, long bed, dually 4x4 and to keep me posted through the repair process. They could have gigged me for thousands of dollars in repairs but my total bill was only $250. Their honesty is rare these days and was greatly appreciated.
